Refunds and cancelling
Last updated 9 October 2026
In plain words
- Glimby is free right now, so there’s nothing to cancel or refund.
- When paid plans arrive: cancel in two taps, any time, and get a full refund within 14 days of paying, no questions asked.
Today
Glimby doesn’t charge anything yet. You’ll never be asked for payment details to use the free app, and nothing renews behind your back.
Cancelling a paid plan
When paid plans arrive, you’ll be able to cancel from Settings at any time, as easily as you signed up. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for and then stops renewing. Your tasks and data stay in your free account.
Refunds
- Within 14 days of any payment (a first subscription, a renewal or a one-off purchase): a full refund, for any reason. Just ask.
- After 14 days: no refund for the time already used, unless something on our side stopped Glimby from working or the law says otherwise.
- If Glimby shuts down: a refund for any unused prepaid time.
Payments will go through a merchant of record, the company that sells on our behalf, so the refund comes from them, back to the way you paid, usually within 5 to 10 days.
If you live in the EU or UK
You have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. Our 14-day refund covers this and is unconditional, so you never lose it by starting to use your plan straight away. You’ll be able to withdraw with a clearly labelled button in Settings, or by writing to us.
How to ask
Write to hello@glimby.app from the email on your account, or use Settings → Feedback. See also the terms of service.
